My best bud and "mentor"...he had go carts, mini-bikes , dirt and street bikes .
At 16, he had a Honda CB160 street bike, NO motorcycle licence required in NY at that time...the year escapes me, if you had a bike registered at the time, you were "grandfathered" in to being automatically issued a motorcycle licence.
Yup, I'm a dweeby little kid, and it can be argued I am still a dweeb. Meh.
