10.5 hours, 2up on an R6 with a very sore core the next day
14.5 hours on 2010 250, started off semi-aggressive (6-7 hours) and ended cruising the summer warm night, not sore a bit
< 1 hour on track 2up, was sore again

lol, i am getting old i guess.
