I did hear the hiccup at the end of the vid, and it kinda goes along with other comments thus far. If I hear that and my starter is still strong, then I would suspect the starter clutch. Is that a common problem? I don't think so on 250's, but as you have a 300 it might be as they don't have years of history built yet.
