I am honestly thinking the contest is as simple as this;

Must be a registered ninjette member for 15 days (it is winter after all for much of us... and Mid-Ohio will not be running PTR's until early spring 2017, so there is plenty of time)
Must have posted a intro thread with a pic of their bike (250 not required)
Must have never finished a complete track day
Can provide your own transportation from your location to Mid-Ohio

Not sure there is any other requirements for new track riders aside of a willingness/eagerness to learn and have a great time.
