at low mileage a certain "break-in" certainly occurs, eventually bedding in at higher mileage. Fully agree with resetting valves early on according to factory maintenance chart suggestions.

Blowing a valve check/adjust off, going into early "maintenance denial" is not helpful to any motorbike in the short....or long term....tight valves obviously compromising compression and resultant running/starting attributes as TRIPLE JIM has posted above.
