at 10k, def suggest a valve clearance check. You have screw and locknut type valves...no need to pull cams.

using a catch can, remove the fuel exit hose from the petcock, crank for a few seconds and if working, your can should fill up in a few moments with fuel exiting the petcock and should stop when you stop cranking.
