I am just asking if this was just a missing fuse or if there was a reason you could not replace the fuse on the street curb or if this is a different bike than I thought and you possibly removed the headlights for the track like I did to my bike.

When I put the bike in track mode I put all the items (fuses, mirrors, etc) in a small toolbox; so there was no way to put it in without getting home first. Bikes are all identified in my profile to the left
