Ken, sounds interesting if you like that bike/style/gen. If it only ran one season and it needs a lot of work, it must have been one hard season. Otherwise, not really enough info go one.
So your thinking;
clean carbs
freshen airbox/filter
change all other fluids/gas
fresh tires
right?
Other issues?
