Provided you read my previous response, you'd be clear. NO I didn't replace the butterfly seals, nor did i disturb butterflies in any way. KNOWING parts are NOT available...why would I?
Frankly, I never disturb the throttle shafts, other than a long ago experimental disassembly....see old photos attached. Yes, there are seals...however NA as in Not Available. I took photos in 2014....9 years ago, never played with them since. The clearance between the shaft and carb sealing surfaces are minimal at best, the seals do the rest. Again, I'm highly doubting your conjecture here.
