just to confirm, the cable holder bracket, held on by 1 screw is the subject.

The screw is 4mm allen head. There is blue (medium strength) loctite on threads, I opt to use blue, factory uses nasty RED, but should be removable using the proper size allen.

Remove, rebend as necessary, check throttle plates for snap shut closing. Retighten that allen screw, locking agent recommended.

Assure no other affected parts interfering with throttle action. Worst case...i'm at your service. Email, PM whatever if you desire.
