That VBH stuff is crazy expensive and overkill. I have used that to pull dents out of car doors and takes some serious work to remove. Sure it will get the job done of holding a hugger on but....
Many auto body shops just use the 3m outdoor tape to reapply the molding on cars and can be purchased cheaply enough at a wal-mart and still is more than enough to do the job. A small shot with a heat gun will make it even stronger.
