Hell, even in KY, JB weld is a last resort option to make two things stick together. Having used more than my fair share of JB weld on stuff, if the bond is good it does OK'ish at holding stuff together over a period of time. There is a catch though... JB weld does not hold up to strong vibration or hard impacts.
