Impossible to answer, for example... is that your fully geared weight, just street clothes or nekkid? lol

Also, your braking skills may push you into harder springs than what any calculator will give you. For example a few of us had to buy stiffer springs than our weight recommends based solely on braking needs.

All in all, suspension is THE best thing you can do to your bike street or track to improve control and stability.
