I do Taekwondo and have been since i was 13yrs old. Out of all the crazy stuff I do, I injure myself more in that class than motos, scuba, cliff diving, ect.. ect..
Update:
I chipped a bone in my wrist again in TKD class by falling. And yet again, I was riding just 7 days later.
That is pic of a piece of bone floating around in the meat just off to the right of the wrist.
I have learned that ice during the lunch break and a good wrap can save the afternoon and you end up riding like this but.... your tolerance for pain and control of the mind to ignore it needs to be in solid place.
