BIG changes are coming this year at mid-o, specifically in the area of more "focused" coaching. It's gunna be great!
With the help of other experienced coaches, we are hopefully moving the direction of a top tier track school.

Also, if you are interested in attending Mid-O and wish to request me as a coach, feel free. However, I can't be in 2 places at once. If I am teaching the novice class, I can't be on track at that time, but I will make it a point to watch you and assist another coach in your personalized instruction.
