From me.....sorry, trade secret Yes, any jet kit needle will dance up/down in the little white needle retainers, the spacers work perfect...mimic the stock needle "nail heads", eliminate any up/down slop... the retainers were originally designed (by Keihin) to secure *stock* needles in place. Next time you have a slide and adjustable jet kit needle in your hands...hold the retainer down, push the needle up....if ANY freeplay...they dance.

In a constant effort to improve my methods, i'm now using axle grease to form and hold the orings in place prior to bowl installation. Heat cycles and pressure will insure the orings form and stay in place....easily removed when required.
Fear not... giant globs of grease are removed....no invasive slop...no migration...clean and neat as always.
