When I've done it on bigger bikes I had to change the jetting in the carb. I've seen people go to a single and not change jetting and they ran like ****. Why do you want to go a single?

That's a lot of work for a better helmet lock on a bike that many don't plan on keeping very long.

yeah... a nut and bolt is totally too much work for a perfect helmet lock.

I just bought a bike chain and put the chain through the helmet visor and then through the handle on the back of the bike. Works well and the helmet doesn't go anywhere. Even safer than a bike lock because someone could easily snip the strap. Where as a chain would be a bit more work and most thieves would just pass.

Hero, some of us like our paint to stay on the bike. Chain sounds like scratches
Seriously you must never fill up. Opening that pesky gas cap and putting in gas is so hard. So is changing the oil or any maintenance. I mean golly, people never keep these bikes anyway. |
