Feeling a bit cramped

Hey,

Unintentionally I happened upon a gpx250 for super cheap which I went halves with my father so he would ride with me.
We are both over 6'4" with 34" inseam for him and 36" for me
Im rather lanky and he is solid.

What can I do to make the bike more comfortable for these large heights and inseams?
He is happy with it but I feel like squished.

Are you just talking about the seat or overall posture?

Just let him ride it.

On my wife's bike we installed the buell pegs to lower them a bit. She has some long legs

Try seating as much aft as possible.

You may just need some time of adaptation; I am 6'2" with 34" inseam and feel comfortable in my pre-gen Ninja 250.

Please, these options:

lower/farther back rear sets would probably help in regards to the doing squats part, but keep in mind, if you do a lot of harder riding/track riding, lowered Rear sets will also potentially carry the downside of scraping hard bits earlier and more often, depending on how much lower they are, and how far out they go.

I know the feeling of being cramped though, as I'm also in the 6'2"+ range. I just more or less got used to things until i rode a second gen 250. I was a bit shocked at just how much more comfortable it was.

Next stop custom/Aftermarket rear sets and lowered risers or clip-ons+custom work for added control and slightly better comfort.

Shorter dog bones to raise the seat can help too!

rearsets will make the leg cramp worse. lowered pegs will help. raising the bike will help. sitting further back and even off to the side a little bit helps the most.

Lowered pegs like people said. Or just sit on the passenger part of the seat.
