You don't have to bottom out the forks to get chatter, you could just be cornering in to low of the range. I still vote you front end is to low in the stroke, wether that's mainly because your forks are to soft of your rear shock is to stiff and end results is pretty much the same. I'm still running a stock shock so it comparison through the corner my forks are way stiffer then the shock. I would aim toward adjusting the balance more toward the rear in any way you feel fit besides ride height. These little bike at there's speeds don't seem to respond much to geometry changes because no matter what I have it set at it all seems to handle just a well.

I see, and that makes logical sense as it relates to my situation. I know my setup gets really, really hard in the lower stroke range.
I have a plan and will update with the changes & results. If new parts are in my future, so be it. Thanks guys!

i think there is a possibility i may experience a similar problem. Stock fork with GSXR rear. I know i cannot afford springs and emuators, but the emulators you speak of, does that come with everything I need, or do I need to purchase more things to have it installed properly?

Just some tools and time. For track purposes, use the yellow spring in the kit, getting it set up to go fast is pretty easy, getting it set up to go even faster is the hard part. I went with racetech springs, but sonic spring are cheaper so I heard, no experience here.

I just looked at the race tech site, maybe i can do springs first then emulators later. I can just go with the gold valve cartridge kit right? I dont think it is possible for me to spend $1200 on the race version.

I didn't drop $1200 bones on those bits, yea, get springs first that is the important part. The emulator kit/oil is for tweaking it out and all.

I ordered the gold valve kit and .80 springs, should be here next week! Should be around $200 for all of it, my Dealer likes to hook me up with deals.

it is possible, but shipping to you may offset the savings.
