New (To Me) Slip-On Exhaust!

Just installed my new Musarri slip-on from @Hero Danny.

Install was easy and straightforward, only took about 20 minutes.

The sound is great, not too loud with the baffle in but nice and throaty. Definitely an improvement! I tried it for a minute with the baffle out and the sound is the same, just louder. I'm not going to be taking it out again.

Looks-wise it's definitely an improvement, and it's much lighter. Might look into painting or wrapping the header pipes black.

Very happy with the looks and sound! Nothing feels different performance-wise, but I wasn't really expecting anything.

Sound comparison:

Would not expect any hp increase just more noise.

Some people lost power after they installed their slipon.

Some dyno sheets on here an other places have shown that with a full exhaust installed with a db insert installed increased power and torque by a small amount.

Go to you "friendly" dyno place and run the bike through the gears with the o2 connected and you might be shocked how far out of tune the stock carbs might be.

I suggest to go full exhaust of your choice leave the rest of the bike standard and you might find the bike is nicer to ride and less affected by temp, humidity and altitude change.
