EBay body work?

I have a lot of plastic to fix after a low speed get-off. For the money, the EBay full kits seem like a decent deal.

Does anyone have any experience with these? Which importers are good or bad?

Is the whole thing to good to be true?

You will have a mother of a time fitting them. Always.

I was going to do the same. I don't advise it. From the research I did they are crap. A lot of people had trouble fitting as mentioned above, also the colour doesn't seem to match up on most of them.

What colour bike do you have?

I have a white 2012 SE, finding matching bodywork is proving difficult and OEM replacements are prohibitively expensive. Are there any other options that I'm not aware of?

I got mine of this guy. Only downside is it takes a month to get to you because he has to get it from the Thailand factory. But its half the price I got quoted from the local Kawasaki dealer. These are genuine OEM.

@tygapaul sells original fairings at very reasonable prices...

Unless you had it painted, white SE's were only available as 2011 models. I have heard good things about this company from other sportbike threads :http://stores.ebay.com/bliss-star-ex...=p4634.c0.m322

Well, you can get a full white (or any other color) set from:
http://www.extremefairings.com/Kawas...-Custom-Design

Make sure it's injection molded. I found it because I was browing for fairing sets for a potential 03 cbr 600rr I might get and some guy had got a set for his bike and they looked pretty sweet.

The Bliss-Star reviews do seem to be overall positive and it looks like I might go with them.

BikeBandit. They have the OEM fairings for the SE models and prices are pretty decent. Just select the JBFA model - the A is special edition - they come with the decals applied already, BTW. Although, that's still $500/side for the lower fairing.

I have heard good things about this seller on ebay. I saved him just in case I wanted to buy new fairings. I know someone on here was very happy with their purchase.

I have read many reviews on their products and have seen pictures of them installed in build threads and they look great and line up like OEM. I have not heard this from any other company that sells aftermarket fairings. Plus you get new pads and a double bubble windscreen and or rear solo seat cowl (depends on the offers they are giving away at that time.) Plus I just saw they are now doing tank covers for the Ninja 250R that go over the stock tank so the tank does not need to be resprayed to match the new fairings.

It comes with the stickers. Not the heat shield. You just peel it off the old one and stick it on the new one. Really easy.

Yes I Know Tyga Paul. He lives half an hour away from me. He is a bit slow sometimes.

I waited 2 months for one off him. I ended up getting my money back and going with amazon.

Sorry about that experience. The slowness is actually down to Kawasaki who can't seem to keep up with demand. We don't get this problem with Honda. Anyway, our website stock levels are correct, so if you see it on our site, it means we have it and can have it delivered in a week or so.
