lag response when rpms slow to come down
Cleaned carbs throughly it didn't need it , it was squeeke clean jets were clean as well . When i use the throttle it revs up I let go of the throttle and it lags coming back to idle any ideas .

Sign of a lean condition.
Things to check... Vac leaks/intake and airbox boots (use carb cleaner as a sprits to check for air leaks) Carb Floats Petcock and fuel filter(s) I would start there... Any mods done to the bike? Any other changes aside of a carb clean? Good luck!

No mods done just cleaned carb that was already clean sprayed ignition fluid all over the place no leaks. Each carb was set at 2.5 turns . 41000 miles on it just started running crappy. Now this issue clean fuel filters clean gas petcock fine . Stuck like chuck
