noob questions... after dynojet kit installation

hi,
i jus installed the jet kit, now im running into one little problem.

attached is a pic of my problem:
--> this area is underneath the air filter box, and the blue wire clipper/holder thingy go to the blue screw that hold the air box, but what is that terminal connected to (the red circle)?

i disconnected by accident when moving the airbox around trying to fit it into the carburetor.

please help me out guys...
