Free Calendar Maker
A friend of mine pointed this out to me.
Of course there is a size restriction but you can print your own by month or by year calendar with your own images on it. When it does print out it does it like a web page so you have the headers and footers associated with it. www.freeprintablecalendar.net

If you go to page setup you can get rid of the headers and footers. Just an FYI.
