For me it simple. His practice was more like a scam than selling.
he just has to follow the rules.

nobody should have to wait months to receive their purchases...No ???

I'd be curious to know how many people have not received their purchases.

Pour moi mon opinion est faites depuis longtemps c'est un trou de cul un point c'est tout !!!

This Shinto guy (Paul Kirk) is clearly a joke/scammer. We should email him letting him know that if he doesn't ship the order, we will go to all the forums world-wide and spread the words about him. This will shut down his business and will stop him from scamming others.

i hate to ask this of you guys, but i agree with john. please start emailing paul at support@shinto-racing.com. maybe if he's getting bombarded by 15 different people regarding the same shipment, he'll be "motivated" to resolve the situation.

god, this sucks....

Just sent my email. Feels good to get my thoughts out.

Quote:
Hello Paul,

It has now been six months since I purchased from you and I have still not received my order. Through your last email, you indicated that you were waiting on some money from Vince. According to Vince, that was given to you on 12/16, so why hasn't our order shipped? If you have no intentions of ever sending my order, please let me know now, so I can file a dispute with my credit card company and move on with my life. I think it is pretty immature of you to just ignore your customers. We are the ones who are putting food on your table and you act as if we do not exist. Maybe that's the way they do it in Thailand, but that is not the way it is done in the US. You should be ashamed of yourself and the reputation you have given your company. Your lack of communication and organization is inexcusable for any business. I know other people that have purchased from you as well are very furious and are threatening to bring Shinto down if this is not resolved, or explained immediately. I suggest you resolve these issues immediately, otherwise, there will be no more Shinto. We will make sure of it. The internet is very powerful and is your only means of selling to the US. Be smart, and resolve these issues quickly.

Happy customers = good reputation = good business = More money in your pocket!!! We all win!!! So do what's right and start taking care of your US customers.

Items I am waiting on:
Painted Black Rear Hugger
Red Angled Risers (Not Chrome)
Solo Cowl - Black

Thank You,

Natalie

I would'nt do that just because if everyone did so, he would miss some e-mails and people would'nt know what is going on. I'd do what Vince said to do. Each person e-mail him with a proper e-mail. Calling him would be good also.

Emailing Paul asking him to send is NOT a solution. He simply ignores the email. It has happenned CONTINUOUSLY in the past. Explaining his customer service (or lack of it) isn't going to cut it either because he knows that already.

What we need to do is simple:

1) demand response & shipment and threaten with #2.
2) if option #1 is not met, go around to ALL the forums in US and around the WORLD where "Shito" MAY do bussiness or consider to do business with, and tell them the truth about his scam.

This will stop new orders coming for him and will hurt his pocket/shut down Shito. Hurting Pocket $$$ = do something. Emails begging = makes no difference in his income = emails ignored.

Yes...Shito also advertised on YouTube...good idea to take it down too.

If you go to google and type in Shinto Racing..you'll be amazed how many hits you get...tons of advertisement...we need to go to each site and disclose the tumor!!

I understand you're bitter about the whole situation Randomwalk101. I however would still like to receive my items. You only purchased your items in November and you already want to bring Shinto down. I agree with your suggestions, but you are not even following it yourself.

You already want to just to step #2 without even doing step #1

Wow, this shinto situation is getting out of hand. I guess its better for me not to order anything, its a shame though since they have some nice stuff. Certainly don't want to get screwed by yet another aftermarket parts place, already got screwed by stillen motorsports.

Need to do #1 first before #2. Give it a week time for him to response or else.
Your message, nattygirl, is a typical begging message that we have been writing (and got ignored) for the last 3 months...and guess where we are with them now?

i think the best course of action is to send a consistent message. if you guys advise paul you are members of "several" 250r forums, and will spread the word on all of them, as well as on youtube of his behavior, that may do the trick. essentially, present a unified position to "overwhelm" him.

here is his address:

SHINTO Racing
289/131 Garden Suite Indy Homes, Radpatana Road
Sapansung, Bangkok, Thailand 10240
+860102711

i noticed that his number is +86, which according to my google voice is china, not thailand. this is starting to upset me, because i cant even find radpatana road on the maps. i want my money back!

I don't mean to sound harsh but why should anyone else have to do anything you are the one organising this. The dealings others had were with you Shinto USA not paul you intern have been ripped by paul, the others inadvertantly by proxy.

yeah, i didn't say "it's on you guys.....good luck". merely a suggestion to potentially resolve the situation. it might be a more effective for paul to get 15 emails from customers with rather than 1 from me. at any rate, as someone who really isn't involved in the situation, but merely an outsider looking in.....your input is duly noted.

thanks

here is the email i sent paul today:

i see you've been making some updates to the website, so i know you're available. i really don't understand why you are choosing to not resolve this shipment and satisfy your customers. the longer this goes on, the less likely anyone is to do business with you in the future. in the last week alone i have been contacted by several new customers who want to place orders, but i've had to turn them away since this current shipment is still outstanding. i hope you understand that ninjette.org is the foremost Ninja 250r forum on the web - there are 4000+ members from ALL OVER THE WORLD. we deserve better - SHINTO was dead on the forum until i stepped in. i have defended you repeatedly, i have made excuses for you to keep customers calm, i have done everything that has been asked of me to make Shinto USA work. you should realize that you are going to see negative comments posted on your youtube pages, as well as every other 250r forum if you don't get in touch with me asap. you need to understand that people want your products, the demand is VERY HIGH. that being said, customer service is severely lacking. i told you this before, i have every desire to continue taking orders and building the Shinto brand, but i cannot continue to generate business for you while this current shipment is unresolved.

please take this all into consideration and get back to me at your earliest convenience.

i got the "holiday" message as well.....

Vince did you ever think to find another supplier.
web: http://cyber-ninja250r.darkbb.com/f2...ket-ninja-250r
it must have more than a dozen suppliers surely interested in the North American market.

Shinto = big problem

Thank you for the letter. My question to you would be:

1) What if Paul continues to ignore, as he seems to be doing, all email correspondences from buyers who have submitted funds/ordered? (ie. what will we do)?

2) How long or how much more time shall we give him, until we carry out (the action(s) as your answer to #1 question).

3) Is it possible that you dispute the funds with your bank/his bank to get the money back?

i feel bad for you want1sobad. I know it seemed like we got into a little disagreement in the other thread but I honostly saw this coming. I've dealt with a lot of shady ebayers in my time with selling and buying on ebay. Regardless of his excuse its not right to the customer.

http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx ''INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT''.

I can assure you for a fact that these complaints get reviewed.

Good luck to you all.

um, not an accurate statement. at any rate, for the vast majority of this shipment, the funds were sent via paypal a long time ago.

as i suggested earlier, it may be a good idea to start posting comments on paul's youtube pages. also, as wvninja suggested, filing complaints on the internet crimes site is a good idea.

we should continue bombarding paul with emails as well....

I do have an electronic PM trail to back up my statement and I still stand by what I said. But let's not invest anymore energy in such trivial fact as we both on the same side here.

Good idea about the you tube. My work place actually block out you tube so if someone with access can help. Also perhaps make some simple Videos and post it up would be a good start.

Another is to go around to other forum that he has been to and tell them about him. Anyone knows of any other forum besides US? May be Brazil forums?

I submitted complaint to internet crimes website. However, IMHO, This website is FBI and seemed to be limited to USA. FBI has no jurisdiction outside of US so pretty much a paper record. If they ever response, it'll be months upon months...if ever...

It seems that "getting a message out" to other forums & YouTube viewers might be a little more effective?
