Pensacola, FL Group Ride - Sunday, 2/20/11

The weather is supposed to be BEAUTIFUL!

We are considering a group ride again this Sunday. Its short notice but I thought I would extend the offer to anyone with nothing else to do. The time is usually early, and our meet-up place is to be announced. (Not that we're going to do anything stupid or illegal, but law enforcement in the area here have been watching motorcycle forums just to make trouble.)

This was a small group of us that met up back in 2009.

A lot of last minute cancellations. Everything from my I have to mop the floor, I have to visit my mom and new tires didn't get installed Friday.

There have been massive cancellations on the other rides that were hosted by other folks this weekend, too.

Stupid if you ask me, the weather isn't getting any better.

Oh well, hate to say it, but this went nowhere, lol.

Next weekend's weather should be about the same, might try for this again.

Booo lol..all good. Great day to ride either way, lots of bikes on the road. I went on the group ride a few weeks ago with 40+ bikes to orange beach through foley and back. Good times

Two reasons... and only because you asked.

1. It actually rained at my house that morning
2. There was a woman still in my bed from the night previous

So needless to say... when I saw the rain, I rolled her over again.

There was no rain that day, just foggy wet

But, I agree. you need to have everything taken care of, before you can go out on a ride

Oh it rained here, wasnt a lot, but it did! Even heard it hit the bedroom window. It stayed foggy out there until about 4pm when I finally got out of bed and walked up to the window and wiped it off from the inside...

Just messaged Sean, and then saw your post Duck. I'm still recovering from my wreck but in an insane move to feel some sense of normalcy, I bought another Ninja. Moved up to the 650 though to get a little more weight. Let me know when you guys plan to ride. I'm still practicing, trying to get back in the saddle haha.
