Upgradde (with 2 D's)
Got a new to me Suzuki Savage 650 yesterday!! I am so pleased with it! It is very different riding on a cruiser but I think it will be significantly more comfortable on me as I am getting older once I get used to it. It seems to be alot more managable in the wind too, and the wind around North Texas lately are 40mph!

Bike has "gyno test" riding postion. Maybe that's why it's so comfy!

Alright guys, to each their own, not everyone wants a 600 SS with their @$$ up in their air either. Nice bike Brown. I've owned many a cruiser and sport bike but never a 650 savage. My first cruiser was a vulcan 750 and i really liked it. What made you go with the savage?

Don't get me wrong, I love cruisers. I've never had a "gyno test" but if it's as much fun as riding a big Harley it will put a smile on my face.

I think the only thing I don't care for on that bike is how those brakes look. A drum brake in the rear and that single tiny disk up front doesn't fill me with much confidence. I know the bike is heavier then our ninjettes, yet it looks like it has less braking power. So with that in mind be careful with it while you are having fun.

One of the favorite bikes I've owned. Thumper cruisers are fun, the torque always gives smiles considering it's fairly light. Great bike!
