The sound of fury

I knew about the gas tank sound but I don't think I was quite prepared for it. It sounds like a super model after a 6 pack of beer and a bean burrito. My wife spent the evening giggling while she helped me remove some decals from my new bike. I'm tempted to get a personalized license plate for the bike when I go register it that refers to that sound. It does add some character but honestly I think I could do with a little less of it.

Here's the DIY from the kawi forum. My understanding is it achieves less than 100% success but it did work for me.

My bike lives in the garage....I don't.

I can put up with the occasional whine that I hear when I'm in the garage and I'm not taking the bike out, it gives the bike personality, like it's whining to go out.
