How far up the underside of the tail does it protect from small rocks and stuff? Might be interested if it protects the underside pretty well

It doesn't keep the underside spotless but it does keep it a lot cleaner than without one, it also keeps your rear shock cleaner than if it didn't have one. It really is a good investment IMHO.

You still got the Gorilla Alarm Pager? I'm interested.
I'm in Irvine, so I might even be able to come pick it up. |

Side note: Your original post has the alarm listed as a 7017 but it says 7007 on the alarm.

What size tire are you running in the picture of the hugger? I'm interested, but I usually run a 130 Pirelli. Would the hugger look weird or rub?

I don't want to give you false info I believe there is a thread somewhere here stating what is able to fit and what not...but to be honest I don't know The exact size and the size tire shown in the pic is the stock tire the ninja has.

Oh ok cool. IIRC the stock tire is a 130 as well, so it should fit just fine. How does it mount - bolts or zip-ties? Cuz I'm inclined to just ride out there, buy/install it, and turn back around.

when you look at this picture where I have my hand placed along the underside of the lip you need to use 3m double sided adhesive tape, and on the opposite side there's a hole you use the same screw that holds your chain guard, so this tire hugger basically sits on top of of the chain guard and rear swingarm.
