Anyway, I stumbled across this Keti Yoke Protector for our bike at a local place:

Though it came from a product listing for the Ninja 250, I'm sure the image is only representational of the general product and not the one particularly for our bikes. I've been meaning to make a post about it for some time, since no one seems to be aware of it.

And also this Kitaco KTC racing "ignition key cap" seems to be popular in Indonesia:

Crappy scenery just outside my garage, but the bike looks good. So far these are my favorite two. Gotta take a ride and get some better shots.

Actually my wife thinks that a pink version would look nice... dark colors (like purple) on black would not stand out much... but hey its in the eye of the beholder...

My favorite color is purple....not much of a pink person. Even with my daughter...I would buy her neutral colors instead of pink when she was a baby. Now I can't get away from it. But, I do think the black and pink would look nice together.

Krylon Fusion comes out very nicely on plastic if done with nice thin, even coats. If you want it even glossier, you can clear coat it.

As I mentioned earlier, purple color does not contrast (stand out) much against black, try lilac (it is purplish and light too) instead. But ofcourse that is just my opinion.

Great concept rendering. I like the level of detail in coloring on the rims, you actually accounted for brake line as well. That was a nice touch...

Pink is like Yellow... if you use it on a car/bike you better have enough ooomph that no-one (and I mean NO ONE) can dare even think about out-accelerating you...

That is why I have orange decals...

I'd love to tell you but it's a secret.

No, seriously I dont know. It was installed by the previous owner.

But heres what I can tell you. I know it is quicker off the line than a stock pregen system and alot faster than the newgen bikes(test drives of other bikes are my only source lol) but after 50mph i'd say its about the same, and it sounds (IMHO) alot better than the yoshi. Thats the only other aftermarket Ive heard on a 250.

Still hits the powerband after 5-6k, it idles at 2k, and it cruises 75mph at 8.5k

I'll wait another 1000 miles before I do a tune up and I might pull the carbs to check it out at that point (prolly not though since its ran beautifully so far LOL)

Anyways I cant wait to start customizing her this summer. Got some great looking bikes on this thread and I need to catch up

Thanks, I was just wondering what it was in comparison to the stock jetting. I opened my intake and have Slip-on's but am working on getting a muzzy. Just thinking about my jetting needs. I'm betting my intake will still be the bottle-neck, (even opened up) so I'm not too worried about my jetting needing changed.
