Worst Motorcycle Gang EVER!

I was in the local home improvement store and saw these two dudes with their denim patch motorcycle jackets.... Buzzards Moped Club. The third guy was out front being cool smoking a cigarette keeping an eye on their 1975 vintage yellow and red mopeds.

Anyone remember the motorcycle gang from the movie "Any which way but loose"? I thought that was the worst motorcycle gang, but I was wrong.

Oh, if I could only be so cool.

They're obviously comfortable with and proud of it. It sounds like they want to make a spectacle of themselves. More power to them!

Lol... This is great. That's Calvin and Tommy. To great dudes in my club. The dude out side was most likely Slice. (That's his real name, lol). Sound like some of you got it right. Were just a moped club and don't wanna be anything more or less. We take tons of pride in our bikes and our club, so we choose to represent our selves. We are one of many clubs all over the US. Some wear vests and some don't. We have a rally every year and travel to other rallies all year round. One being a race from Portland Maine to Key West Florida, all on our mopeds. Its just our hobby and what we do. Like you guys have your Ninjas. Its all cool. Thanks for the post though. Someone brought it to my attention today and I was flattered!

Welcome @Charliebuzzard!

It's all good! Awesome you guys have a club going for your bikes. There's no Ninja club around me and all the sportbike riders are bigger and faster than I want to do.

Man a race from Maine to Florida sounds epic!

Our google prowess can be particularly cruel. These poor saps search on their club name, and the 4th highest hit on the internet is this thread (link to search). It was good to see Ethio pop back up again, even if only for a moment.

You got it RIGHT!

The jackets are for fun. measure of coolness is relative.

Ninja 250 guys picking on moped guys is like a kid with glasses picking on a kid with braces lol

Jealous are the haters.

If you showed up wearing matching jackets and tried to act like a thug/bully/badarse- then that is some BS

But some guys have a hobby club and wear affiliated vests…. you are only hating because they are more secure and having more fun than you.

MOPEDS ARE JUST PLAIN BUCKETS FULL OF BANG FOR BUCK FUN!

When you ride one you can not help but smile

- a race cross country on a moped….. sounds like an undertaking!

When are we going to do a cross country ninja 250 race.
Maybe a cannonball run tribute ride!?>

I'm going to start designing a vest for us 250r badasses.

Let's get a discussion going for some potential names....

How about... the bumblebees? buzzing ladybugs? whistling buzzlebugs?

I'm going in the right direction I can tell.. any second now I'll come up with a name.

What's the old joke? Mopeds are like 300 pound women. They're a lot of fun until your buddies see you riding one.

I love it keep the rubber to the road and do what ever makes you smile. Other peoples perception could not matter less. My favorite part of riding a moped is you can run wide open around almost every corner.

It goes to show that you should be aware of what you post on a public forum, you never know who's looking....

Ralat was Cody Buzzard at our 3rd rally. That's when we patched him in. He was stoked as hell and supremely waisted. We have tons of fun. I went to 11 rallies last year. From NYC to New Orleans. Hey man, end of the day...
