Another question...lol
So now when i try to start my bike but pushing the ignition button it wont turn on. I have to give it a slight throttle in order for it to turn on. Is that an issue? and choke is fully on. |

Try using 1/2-3/4 choke instead of full choke. The other thing you can do is press the starter, and roll the choke up to about 2/3 as it's cranking.
Throttle adds air. That means you're making it excessively rich with full choke. Less choke should help it start right up. http://faq.ninja250.org/wiki/What_is..._at_startup%3F EDIT for clarity: Choke is only needed when the bike is cold. If it's hot outside, or the engine is still a little bit warm from a ride within the last hour or so, it should be able to start right up without any use of the choke. If it is warm outside you really don't need to use the choke to start the bike. At least you shouldn't have to. My bike starts right up without any choke if it is above 60 degrees. Maybe a little cooler actually.

Alright everyone just an update with my bike...its like one thing after another.
So first off how everything started was when I had a leak in my gas tank but I fixed with some JB Weld. Then when I wasnt home i left my bike uncovered and i called my cousin to move it under the porch ( I was not at home) I come to find out he dropped my bike -____- So after that day I took it for a ride everything was normal until like 20 min after my bike starts slowing down and it wont start up it just struggles. I felt some heat around my legs but still didnt get whats going on. Now this morning i opened the gas cap to start up my bike and everything was fine...until i noticed some smoke coming from the right part of my bike. see below for pics I don't know if you are able to see the areas i boxed around on...but thats where light smoke started coming out from. If you noticed on the first picture there is a crack....so am I screwed is that fixable? Is that why my bike turns off? |

Did you open the gas cap and try riding around with it open right after it died?
I don't know about the smoke, but in regards to the sight glass, you can fix that. The glass being cracked shouldn't be having any effect on the bike dying. |

Next time the bike dies, open the gas cap right away, start it up and ride around to see if it dies.
The sight glass is your way of seeing the oil level in your engine since there's no dipstick. |

Not that I know a lot but I'd say it fixable. Like Chris said, the oil sight glass can be fixed. I would guess that the smoke was caused by dripping oil. Let us know what's up when you get to test it out again.
Question for the pros: if the oil sight is broken, will it continue to drip from there by trying to fill itself up? |

If the sight glass is cracked, it may (or not) leak oil until you fix it. You should fix it.

I agree it should be fixed ASAP. From the pics it looked like oil was leaking. Is it a constant leak? Even a slow one? That would lead me to say the bike wanting oil. Don't forget to check your temp gauge (if it's pre-gen). You don't want to kill your engine from lack of oil if that's the case.
