QUICK: Getting stock exhaust off?

The heatshield - can't get it off to remove the stock to put on a Two Brothers slip on. Any idea?

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to remove the heat shield from a stock ninja 250r

I removed the bolts in the U shape clamps but that I can't figure out...there is a hex nut on a screw that extends out and I don't know how to get it out.

There is a pipe clamp behind the chrome that you have to loosen the nut on.

Once you get everything loosened...just gotta force it off & use some muscle, I was in the same predicament.

Unbolt the retaining ring. Unbolt the two hex-cap bolts. Loosen hose clamp. Slide tab out from under hose clamp.

loosen the clamp to the mid-pipe, gorilla grip the can and yank that SOB off

Two hex head bolts hold the shield to the silencer, screw holds clamp together, and a hose clamp holds the shield to the pipe.
