Anyone in kansas city done a jet kit?

So, I'm ready to order a jet kit and the local shop says its $280 to install. That seems a little crazy, anyone live in the KC metro and installed one? I'm down to buy a case of beer and hang out or whatever if you wanna help me out with it.

No, have not yet. I actually haven't even ordered the kit yet. Have any advice? Talked to a guy that said it was pretty easy, so I guess I need to do some youtube-ing
