When cranking cold, try this experiment: Crank with choke off and throttle about 1/4. See what happens.
She won't start with that, but when i start it with no throttle then get on the throttle a tiny bit it'll warm up. Annoying but it runs :-/

when it does run, what is your gas mileage? this might tell us something about the mixture.

it sounds like something got threw the tank and into the carbs since its not hard to remove the carbs and clean them. even tho it only has low mileage it is a 2003 and with the low mileage means that the bike has sat at times and more then likely the gas has varnished and gummed up a little.

choke is a fuel enricher on this bike. if it starts without choke, don't use the choke. starting without needing the choke and then getting too rich once it warms up could mean a clogged air filter or intake. or if it has aftermarket bits, incorrect jetting.

the video you showed looked like the pilot system was just slightly rich then when you add choke, gets too rich to run.

like i said, inspect the intake.

edit: i watched all the videos and it definitely sounds like the bike is too rich. since you said it is fine once it is hot i think we can rule out intake. it sounds like the choke valve is just dumping way too much fuel in... personally i would disable the enricher line as a test and try cranking it when its as cold as you can get it with quarter throttle... the throttle will keep it from firing for a couple of revs but after that it should catch if the problem is really a leaking enricher.

Gas mileage is normal (really good) and it runs when i start it and hold the throttle open a little bit for awhile(if its cold outside, if its hot like today then she'll just fire right up).

Well now it starts no problem because it is hot here in Florida. I can't really test anything to find a solution, i guess i had my one week of cold a year already.

Hard starts can also come from valves that need adjusting. Did you ever do that?

You really shouldn't need the choke above 60F anyway.
