Mufflers

I've found some mufflers online from ebay for other ninja models that I'm thinking about putting on my 250:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1995-KAWASAK...e53eab&vxp=mtr

http://www.ebay.com/itm/96-Kawasaki-...b48236&vxp=mtr

Does anyone have any experience in this? Does it work well or do you still have to rejet?

It says those are for a 600, the tubes look too short to reach the headers and they're a lot bigger diameter.

Not to mention they look like something fabbed up in China by a school-aged kid.

true, I do get the length to header issue. However, that's something that can be modified with a little extra pipe. other than fitment, is there any other issues that have come up with stuff like this that you know of?

Read this for a little info: http://faq.ninja250.org/wiki/Exhaust

You're talking about adding welding in a reducer and some pipe just to make it fit. Not to mention re-jetting, etc just to make the bike run somewhat right afterwards.

Anything's possible it you want to put enough effort in. That's a lot of work for some pretty ugly mufflers.
