Lmao no,fence was only about 8' high... I drove my buddy home from the bar because he was smashed and in order to get out of his apartment complex you either have to drive or have a key for the gate.. the bar is like a 5 minute walk so i decided to jump the fence and well chucks dont have any cushion so when i landed on the concrete this is what happened.. If I had normal tennis shoes on all would of been fine

Lol I wish I had been drunk cause it probably wouldn't have hurt as much as it did, out off all the injuries i've ever had that was the worst pain I have ever felt.. Dont wish that on anyone.. Had left my phone in my truck back at bar so I couldn't call an ambulance so I was laying there in the middle of the entrance and the exit gates and trying to wave people down to help and people would speed past me like I was gonna pop up and mugg them till finally one guy stopped and called 911 for me but says I have to hurry up and park my care before ambulance and cops gets here lol he was loaded

I like your sig btw. If there are still people out there that believe in that duplicitous, liar they need those kind of facts shoved in their face at every opportunity until they understand that how he presents himself has nothing to do with who he is. |

I have actually been there, done that. Back in my 20's, (wearing hi-top sneakers because boots were so hard to walk in all day on the college campus) I was broadsided on the way to school one morning. My foot was crushed between the crankcase and a car's front bumper. My toes were sticking in all different directions, big chuck of flesh missing on top of my foot, and big toe not so big now. After surgery I lived on crutches for a year. As soon as I could, though, I was riding again!

I am so glad A* boot sizes run small enough that I don't have to resort to getting womens boots. Shame that's not the case with Dainese or Sidi boots. I refuse to wear anything with pink/purple/other pastels or annoying feminine designs. What's wrong with plain gear huh?!

Gotta bend your knees 90 degrees when you land, or roll immediately after hitting the ground to disperse the kinetic energy. Hell, even using your hands to help with the impact after landing with your feet. The important thing is to get moving as fast as you can as soon as you hit the ground. I work in a warehouse and have been guilty of climbing the racking to get supplies. I've jumped from 8ft high and landed on polished concrete, so I know what you mean about chucks not having cushion haha. It hurts pretty bad when you dont land right. And especially do not land on your heel. Land on the ball of your foot first, then the heel. But if you disperse the energy on impact, like freerunners, you can reduce your chance of injury significantly.
