Just installed a Muzzy and...

it's not as loud as I was expecting! Haha not that that's a bad thing though, I use my bike for commuting mostly and I frequently leave for work before 5am. Don't wanna piss off the neighbors
Anyway, I haven't adjusted the carb yet but I took it around the block and I've noticed it doesn't seem to pull as hard at higher rpm as it did before but the acceleration seems more linear through the rev range now. Is this a good thing? Should I go for bigger main jets and see how it feels? I'm currently running 110 main jets with 3 needle washers. I also have a k&n 0990 on it and before putting on the muzzy it seemed to be running a little rich with my carb configuration.
I'm still a bike newb so any advice is much appreciated. This forum has been invaluable so far.
Thanks!

If you're going to put the pods on go ahead and do so if you are prepared to spend the time tuning it. I think the pod filters make a more drastic change in the bike's performance than the exhaust does.

The pods were on there before I put the muzzy on. Definitely noticed a big improvement but like I said, it was running a bit rich and I decided to leave it that way until putting on the muzzy in hopes that I wouldn't have to take off the carbs again. Haha it seems to be running really solid right now, just not pulling like it was in the higher RPMs. I was just wondering if this is a normal thing to expect after putting the muzzy on.
Incidentally, I love the way it sounds!

Got my muzzy on last week, sounds lovely in my book! Congrats!

Fine tune that carb though! Hit the books!
