yup, and down here i have wode in 3 degree weather with a wind chill of -10.

not to mention the speed limit on all our highways is 70, so its be freggin COLD!

I don't mistreat my baby like that so I can't get that picture, she's garage kept or wearing a cover if weather is going to hit. Unless of course I'm out riding her somewhere hahaha.

Figured id share this. It's Frosty the Operator! My roomate and I put him together a while back. I didn't think to park my bike next to him, but none the less he's awesome.

He has by his side a Sig Sauer AR-15, and a Glock 23!

Thanks. That part of the Nevada State Prison is near the old site of the Warm Springs Hotel that the Legislature had been leasing from Abe Curry. They bought it in 1862 (Nevada became a state two years later) and converted it to the prison, appointing Curry as its first warden. The original building burnt down in 1867 and the inmates rebuilt it using sandstone from the on site quarry. It remained in operation until 2012 when it was closed due to budget cuts.

Still an active prison though, the Warm Springs Correctional Center is located on the grounds behind the NSP and is a men's medium custody institution.

The cool thing is during the 1870's, there were footprints found in the sandstone from a number of animals - including a giant sloth! Those I would love to see! http://paleo.cc/paluxy/carson.htm

I literally just spent an 8 hour shift reading every post on here. In April, I'll be getting onto the street as a brand new rider. I think this will be great for helping me to explore. Can't wait for this to be over --->
