We do. The price you quoted was (I believe) a little optimistic. Zillow has it closer to 600K, and even that would be challenging for a < 900 sq ft. house, no matter the neighborhood. But yes - most folks accustomed to housing prices in other areas have to reset their expectations in the bay area, either by paying quite a bit more, or having a bit less space.
