Hmmm that is really interesting, patience and consistency. These are pretty important aspects of riding and not ones that are talked about much at all.

Lets discuss. What role does patience and consistency play in your riding? What is the biggest benefit for someone that is patient and consistent?

Seems this chat died off prematurely, here are some clues;

patience - not charge corners, greedy throttle/brakes
consistency - missing markers, takes different lines

Patience: When you get all cranked up and antsy, you stop thinking clearly. Patience lets you plan ahead, focus on hazards, etc.

Consistency: When you're in the zone and flowing, you're safer because the bike is under better control... you're not wasting time, effort and attention fixing problems. It also feels better. So the whole riding experience is more betterer gooder and stuff like that.
