Any chance I can get a quote for the high mount carbon with the flush end cap and whatever I need to mount it, shipped to 95969? I need a dollar figure to get my wife to sign off on it.

Thanks Kerry!!!
I'd be getting this for 300: Area P Standard Mount System/Long Quiet Core Muffler Debating adding the "Area P/Fuel Moto FI Micro Programmer" if it's needed for max gains..but I might just wait on this part. |

I should be good for a standard mount carbon fiber system with the new head style and the AreaP dynojet kit for the 08+ 250... I am unsure on length but pretty sure I want the one that will offer the most gain (personally like the look of the 12" but like the sound, level and growl, of the 18"). Other information for others who may have an opinion, I will be riding 2-up frequently if there is a benefit to either.

Your bike could actually run worse than stock if you don't have a tune to go with the new exhaust.

As 95969 (CA) is within the lower 48, one could assume you're shipping costs would be 21.50, but I will forward you estimate request to Kerry.

Thanks Alex. Please put me down for the standard mount Quiet core carbon fiber system with the new head style and the AreaP dynojet kit for the 08+ 250.
I am still interested in knowing whether the 12" or 18" offers trackable gains compared to each other. However much I may like the look of the 12", I'm thinking loudness may be a factor for me and I have learned to err on the side of caution unless someone can convince me otherwise, say benefits of a shorter exhaust while 2-up...

Sargent, no I'm a regular civvie; a design drafter for a manufacturing company... Have a lot of friends in service though some of which are still at ft sill. I'm typically on base 1-2 times a week ironically... Kinda funny too since I've grown up in Lawton I can vaguely remember when it was still mostly just a field artillery training base... Ohh how times change.
Thanks Trailerboy513! I feel better about going with the quiet core now as I would like it louder but not loud to where I will have any po-po waiting for me.

@EsrTek You don't want to install the exhaust without the tuner, it will cause your bike to run lean and decrease performance. You could always get the exhaust and put it on at a later time though, and save some $$$ in the end.
That being said, even a bike with the stock exhaust will benefit from having a tuner installed. While not making a big increase in power it will give some benefit. AreaP has a tune for the stock exhaust, and you can always change the tune at a later time when you get a new exhaust.

Air is the BIG difference. Basically, you will need the kit with the larger jets if the airbox is to be removed and pods put on.

Yes sir, but every bike is slightly different when it comes to jetting. The selection of jets/clip positions in the kit should be enough to dial your jetting in.
