Dumb question here. What caused that tank slapper? Did the front wheel unweight and then get wobbly?

You can see I was pulling left a bit, as I was WOT I hit the white drain part. Then the tank slapper happened

Dont think my retard shifting caused it because it happend after I go the bike in 2nd


And just a note, I STILL was faster 0-60 then max, lol

MOTM - Feb '13, Feb '14
so bump in the road combined with light front end and not completely upright bike caused a tank slapper. What do you do to correct one? Alex says that the ninjette is light enough to just muscle it still, which I've done over train tracks, but on heavier bikes what do you do? throttle so the front wheel has less effect?

pretty much, just keep a contant roll on and loosen up your grip. Max got it on video too, from my video it doesnt look bad. When you actually see what it looks like from the rear view its **** up

4 250s = roughly 100hp and 1600 lbs, 1 500 = 50hp and 440lbs
