Am I the only one thinking that it's bad for the dog's ears to be riding along with the bike? Then again, dogs are always sticking their heads out of the window in cars.

Soon soon soon, got the bike all put back together today and ran her for awhile to charge up the battery again. After this week I should be able to go down and get it inspected.

Goodbye 250

Here's the last pic of my bike and I taken on 11/16/2012, two days after I got out of the hospital.
I went to say goodbye to her at the shop.
(Totaled her on 11/11/2012.)

Wish I could call it just walking away as it certainly wasnt anything that easy sounding but I know it could've been a lot worse. I'm grateful it wasn't.

I'm not afraid to ride again. I just wont go until I'm fully healed. I don't know how long a concussion takes to heal. I'm still dizzy a lot. I don't know if I'll need surgery yet and I don't know how long my shoulder will take to heal and be rehabbed. For now I cant even dress myself, fix my own food, etc...I can only use one hand/arm so I'm still pretty beat up, swollen, bruises, etc.

Hope by Spring I'm good to go so I can start all over again.

When you get a new bike, make sure you put the "ride like a girl" sticker back on the wheel. That rocks! May you have a speedy recovery!

Went to a bike show on the weekend..Found my true love but he costs too much. Only 396 lbs though - fek.
In the pic I was passing an imaginary bike on the track - need to work on my form and don't you think the steel-toed work boots add a certain um chique-ness? Bike shows, no bimbo attire - I was there to get some work done!

If I remember correctly 197 HP out of the crate and they had to de-tune it to 194 for the supersport series in Canada! Was featured on Discovery Channel or one of those! Sweet bike!

Hmm, need to find that show. Thanks. It was sooo nice, even laying on the tank or across it, it felt right. A little too gutsy for me at the moment but maybe a used one in a few years.

if i may ask, how tall are you, and did you reach the ground easily enough sitting on it? I love this bike, but haven't had a chance to find one and sit on it, scared I might be too short haha.

Hi, I'm 5'3" with normal legs i.e. not long The tank is quite narrow and the seat is narrow too. It's price is the big barrier. For that price, you could buy the new 636 AND an enduro for those messy days.
