New rider and a proud owner of a Ninja 250r
Took and MSF class out of curiosity and here I am today. Now I have a brand new 2010 250R red SE in my garage. She's a beauty. Im still looking at gears (helmet, jacket, gloves, boots?). Man, I never thought it would be this hard to get started. Getting the right fit on your helmet, leather or textile jacket, hot and cold weather gears, regular or motorcycle boots and safety vs overkill (street riding) . Also, Im still shopping around for good quotes from insurance companies. Full coverage vs liability? I don't mean to b_tch, just venting, I guess. But Im a little overwhelmed. So its been two weeks that my bike has been sitting in the garage. But Im getting there. Anyways, I wanted to say HI to everyone and I hope to be a good member of this family. Can't wait to get started!

Welcome Christian It is a lot to get started, but it's worth it once you're riding.... and hey, it could be worse... I haven't been able to really ride since October... I miss it so much! Just a few more weeks to a month and I should be able to get back on her!
