Those KTMs really are annoying... I'm hooked on racing now. I need to work on braking harder, later and using all of the track to carry as much speed as I can. I'm doing really well with it but I think I can do much better. All of these photos were from races at the finals, not practice.

@choneofakind pretty sure I went way to fast through the roller coaster in that picture.

@csmith12 me and Ben are seeing who can do the better elbow down pic compared to yours from last year

Awesome! Trying to drag elbow is like juggling chainsaws.

Looking forward to the pics.

Once you get that, even though turn 1 doesn't require it... try to back it in there. It's a pretty good spot to learn to let the back end get loose and a great late brake passing area. The track is super wide there, plenty of space for alternate lines, plenty of run off and you won't end up in the lake if you get it wrong. hahahahaha Just watch for riders on pit out and turtles. Ben and Kevin were at the fence watching me while I was trying to get a feel for it last Nov. Kevin got some unimpressive cell phone vids, I will see if I can dig some up. A few of those passes were pretty good if I remember right.

I touched in 11 near the end of the first race but I didn't get a pic and I almost lost the front when I did :/

I did get some good pics though, they'll be going up when I get home. Not to mention there's a whole nother day to pull it off

Its been a while since I contributed. Unfortunately, I havent been on track since Oct @ NCM, which is also when these pics were taken. Thinking about heading down to Hallett next month for their MLD. Anyone else thinking about going?

Third trackday! Def getting more comfortable moving around on the bike. Gonna have a TD at summit main (where my first one was) in may, so should come out of it with some good comparison shots.

This was my screwdriver grip/throttle smoothness cam

4th!

<- already bought this, just waiting on file to be emailed

Gnarly rain sessions for the first two. My worst turn was all tar so it was basically slip n slide. Had a lot of issues with my legs, mostly because my boots are too big and my pegs don't have a "point" to pivot on, so I could never get consistent placement on the peg and kept grinding my toes. Also my outside leg almost came off a couple times when I hit a bump leaned over. Shorty problems lol

I did get commended on my BP all day. Really butters the ego

I'm new to track (and motorcycling in general still) but I'm really loving riding track vs street.

^ Less lean more throttle, for these bikes it tends to be a good indicator of pace so long as you're on line since we don't have to alter our lines to better throttle out like the 600s and 1000s
