Best place to mount GoPro to minimize shake?

I tried mounting to the windshield, but the vibration was too much causing the video to look atrocious. What are your suggestions for mounting?

I mount mine to the wind screen at the lowest point and have no problems. Are you using that little rubber piece that look like a swimmer nose plug, it needs to be wedged into the mount to take up the slop.

I also have had good luck with the front fairing, right below the mirror bolts.

Also, I thought you were going to get a 600 SS to reduce the vibrations at speed? Just kidding, just pulling your chain.
