Bike idles higher when leaned over on kickstand

The title pretty much sums it. Upright, bike idles fine. Damn you carbs.

It's common for the bars to turn when on the side stand. Next step is to straight it straight up and turn the bars lock to lock. Idle change? If so, check your throttle cable.

It's definitely a carb issue as the choke cable is set very loose. Tested it yesterday with the bars straight and leaned it over. Didn't try to lean it to the right though. I'll do it again today before I pull the carbs. I have been having a small fueling issue too.
