CLG Ninja 1000, picked it up about 5 days ago. It's going to have to sit in the garage until March 15th.

Why bother picking it up if you can't ride it until March 15th?

Value on new bikes depreciate as soon as it's off showroom floor, plus the insurance..

between the ninjette and a supersport. So more comfortable bars that the supersport, but your legs are tucked up and under more than the ninjette. I liked it a lot when I test rode it. Comfy, but sporty.

Thanks for all the great comments guys!

I picked it up early because I want to do a few very minor mods to it before the riding season.

I cannot ride it until March 15th (my province has a winter tire regulation. eg; winter tires are mandatory on all vehicles (with some exceptions for buses and other vehicles)between December 15th and March 15th of every year, although I can get an exemption certificate printed anytime I want to for no extra cost.

So like a ninjette with clip ons and rear sets?

No not really. Further back feet that are wider apart. and longer tank. It's more like relaxed supersport, not aggressive ninjette. If that makes any sense. Just go test ride one. You'll see what I mean

We'll see, I just have no money to even start thinking about getting a new bike, there's still like $2,000 in stuff I want to get for my ninjette on top of that

Nice!

The Ninja 1000 is one bike that I am considering in addition to my 650R after it's paid off.
