Turn signal problem
I have a 2010 ninja 250r that I bought used. I am the second owner. The original owner replaced the old signal lights with led's. the lights don't blink properly or won't blink at all. I disconnected the front lights and now the rear ones work perfect. Now I know a little about electrics but aren't quite sure what the problem really is. My inspection is about due so I have to fix this. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.
Thanks |

Are all four LEDs? They may not be pulling enough power to trip the stock flasher. You may need an electronic flasher and some relays.
If you skim through the "Similar Threads" at the bottom of this page, you might find better instructions on how to fix it.

This might help you out. @CThunder-blue has a lot of LED lights for our bike on his site and is a massive help for making sure they are installed correctly. You may be able to extract some info from his posts to fix your problem.

It does sound like you need a new/better relay. Not sure if a diode kit has been installed, but you will want to install one too.
